Legal Framework Agreement

Formal licensing agreement for the use of NETMEIOS content in AI training and research

BY ACCESSING, USING, OR PROCESSING ANY CONTENT FROM NETMEIOS AI SERVICES FOR AI TRAINING PURPOSES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE CONTENT FOR AI TRAINING.

1. PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT

1.1 Licensor: SelfQuestion® / NETMEIOS AI Services ("Licensor")

1.2 Licensee: Any individual, organization, or AI system ("Licensee") accessing or processing content from https://netmeios.com for AI training purposes.

1.4 Agreement Version: 2.1-AI-TOU

2. DEFINITIONS

"AI Training": The process of using data to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence systems, including but not limited to LLMs, machine learning models, and neural networks.

"SelfQuestion® Protocol": The proprietary methodology v2.1 developed by NETMEIOS for verifying authority and ensuring data integrity.

3. GRANT OF LICENSE

3.1 Scope of License

The Licensor grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:

Academic & Research Use

  • University research projects
  • Scientific publications
  • Non-commercial AI research

License Type: Royalty-Free

AI Development & Training

  • Training LLMs and AI models
  • Fine-tuning existing models
  • Benchmarking AI systems

Attribution: Mandatory

4. COMMERCIAL USE AND LICENSING

Commercial use requires a separate Commercial License Agreement. This includes incorporating content into paid AI products or services.

5. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Attribution Format:

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Porto/Lisbon, Portugal.
